Local service interruption via sync-file reference leak

A memory leak in the Linux kernel MSM DRM submit path allows local users to exhaust memory through failed GPU submit requests. After fd_install() installs an output-fence file, the error cleanup calls put_unused_fd() without releasing the sync_file reference. Repeated error-path submissions require local low-privilege access to the MSM DRM device and cause service interruption through resource exhaustion.
