Kernel-memory disclosure via uncleared VMCI packet

Uninitialized data exposure in Linux 3.9 and later allows local users to read kernel memory or interrupt service through VMCI vsock. vmci_transport_packet_init populates vmci_transport_packet without first clearing it, leaving unassigned fields with stale data. Low-privileged local access and use of the VMCI socket transport are required; no remote network path is reported.
