Denial of service via invalid RSS key size

Denial of service in Linux 6.7 through 6.16-rc4 allows local users to trigger a large allocation failure via an RSS query. The idpf get_rxfh_key_size callback returns the negative EOPNOTSUPP error through an unsigned 32-bit size, which ethtool treats as a huge allocation length. The user must query an idpf device without RSS capability; the resulting allocation failure interrupts the operation and can exhaust kernel memory.
