Availability impairment via incomplete NFS proc cleanup

Improper input validation in the Linux NFS subsystem allows local users to impair availability through failed network-namespace setup. If nfs_fs_proc_net_init() fails, its error path leaves /proc/net/rpc/nfs registered, so later RPC teardown encounters a nonempty directory and logs a warning. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an allocation failure during NFS proc initialization; the demonstrated result is a leaked proc entry rather than a crash.
