Kernel crash via unchecked SCSI target pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows remote attackers to crash the kernel through a crafted SCSI PR OUT request. In core_scsi3_decode_spec_i_port(), the error path passes an unset dest_se_deve pointer to core_scsi3_lunacl_undepend_item() without checking for NULL. Exposure requires the kernel SCSI target path and a request that fails to locate the destination target portal group; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the host.
