Local denial of service via atomic-context mutex

Improper locking in Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.16-rc4 allows local users to interrupt service during idpf interface activation. The idpf_ctlq_clean_sq function takes cq_lock as a mutex while dev_set_rx_mode has disabled bottom halves and holds dev->addr_list_lock, causing a sleeping-function call in atomic context. Reachability requires an idpf device advertising VIRTCHNL2_CAP_MACFILTER and interface activation; the reported consequence is availability loss rather than data access or modification.
