Service interruption via atomic-context sleep

Denial of service in the Linux kernel OP-TEE FF-A driver allows local users to interrupt service through asynchronous notifications. The notif_callback function directly calls optee_do_bottom_half while FF-A delivery is atomic, but that path takes a mutex in optee_get_msg_arg and sleeps. The trigger requires an OP-TEE FF-A environment delivering asynchronous notifications; the documented result is a kernel BUG and service interruption.
