Filesystem transaction abort via duplicate free-space entries

Denial of service in btrfs in Linux 6.14 through 6.15.5 and 6.16-rc1 through 6.16-rc4 allows local users to abort a transaction. During a multi-transaction rebuild, btrfs_create_pending_block_groups() adds entries for a new block group, then populate_free_space_tree() adds them again and returns -EEXIST. Reaching the rebuild path requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN in the initial user namespace and a btrfs mount or remount; the observed consequence is a filesystem transaction abort.
