Local system crash via skipped node allocations

NULL pointer dereference in Linux maple tree code allows local users to crash Linux and affected Siemens MFP controllers. mas_preallocate() leaves MA_STATE_PREALLOC set during explicit allocation requests, so needed nodes are not allocated before a larger request is consumed. A low-privileged local path that causes a VMA merge retry can reach the state, producing a WARN_ON followed by a kernel null-pointer dereference.
