Kernel crash via uninitialized submission mutex

Improper locking in Linux kernel 6.8 through 6.12.35 and 6.13 through 6.15.4 allows local users to crash the kernel. xe_guc_submit_wedge takes a mutex from uninitialized submission state when the device wedges during GuC firmware upload. Local low-privileged access and an Intel Xe GPU using GuC submission are required; the bounded consequence is an availability-only kernel warning or crash.
