Kernel panic via poisoned SGX page reclaim

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to panic the host during reclaim of a poisoned SGX EPC page. arch_memory_failure() marks the page poisoned but leaves it on sgx_active_page_list, so the reclaimer executes EWB against contents that SGX microcode cannot safely access after a machine check. Reachability requires an x86 host with SGX EPC memory, a poisoned enclave page, and reclaim selection; the resulting core shutdown can panic the host.
