File disclosure and overwrite via reused F2FS segment

F2FS segment-allocation corruption in Linux allows local users to expose or overwrite files and shut down a filesystem via normal writes. get_new_segment() continues after detecting divergent free_segmap and free_secmap state, reallocating an in-use section and corrupting block ownership and allocation counters. The path requires write access to an already mounted F2FS volume; the upstream assessment also identifies possible kernel panic or persistent filesystem damage.
