Function tracing disruption via duplicate fgraph registration

Denial of service in the Linux kernel fgraph subsystem 6.15 through 6.15.3 allows local users to disrupt function tracing. Changing funcgraph-args while another tracer is selected wrongly enables and then unregisters function_graph, so a later enablement attempts duplicate registration. The trigger requires write access to tracefs controls; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel warning and refusal to enable function_graph tracing.
