Local system crash via invalid perf metrics call

Improper input validation in the Linux kernel Intel perf subsystem allows local users to crash systems through a crafted perf event. The icl_update_topdown_event() path uses is_topdown_event() instead of is_topdown_count(), invoking perf-metrics reads on unsupported E-core CPUs. Low-privileged local access to perf events and an affected Intel hybrid CPU are required; successful triggering causes a hard lockup.
