Kernel-memory disclosure and crash via ptrace stack read

Stack out-of-bounds read in affected Linux arm64 kernels allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system via ptrace. regs_get_kernel_stack_nth() confirms addr is on the task stack but dereferences it normally, allowing compiler-inserted KASAN instrumentation to treat the permitted access as outside the active frame. Reachability requires local low-privileged access on arm64 and affected compiler behavior; the reported effects are kernel-memory disclosure and a host crash.
