Service interruption via oversized admin completion length

Incorrect result sizing in Linux kernel 6.13 through 6.15.2 allows local users to interrupt service during virtio-pci live migration. virtio_pci_admin_dev_parts_get stores the virtqueue_get_buf completion length, including eight status bytes, in result_sg_size instead of the payload length. The fault is reached when device-parts state is read during live migration and can transfer excess data or make the kernel read past its allocated result buffer, causing migration failures.
