Local kernel crash via failed ath12k channel assignment

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.14 through 6.15.2 allows local users to crash the kernel through an ath12k channel assignment failure. The ath12k_mac_assign_vif_to_vdev() failure path logs through the link VIF radio handle even though that handle is NULL. Reachability requires an enabled ath12k driver, compatible Qualcomm Wi-Fi hardware, and low-privileged local access that can reach channel assignment.
