Kernel call trace via recovery-state WMI commands

Improper recovery handling in Linux ath12k 6.13 through 6.15.2 causes failed WMI commands and a kernel call trace after firmware crashes. The MHI crash-notification handler fails to set crash-flush and recovery flags, so survey processing continues sending WMI commands while firmware recovery is underway. The path requires supported Qualcomm Wi-Fi hardware and a firmware crash event that Ubuntu states cannot be invoked or influenced from userspace.
