Remote system crash via IB/cm message race

A race in Linux kernel IB/cm 6.13 through 6.15.2 allows remote attackers to trigger a kernel warning through RDMA CM traffic. The send completion handler can free an older private message after cm_id has advanced, while cm_free_priv_msg() checks the current message and emits WARN. Exposure requires a reachable in-kernel RDMA listener; the warning becomes a system crash when panic_on_warn is enabled, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
