Kernel service interruption via failed BPF JIT validation

Improper validation in the BPF JIT of Linux and affected Siemens controllers allows local users to interrupt service after JIT failure. kernel/bpf/core.c leaves a program marked as JIT-requested when compilation fails, so execution reaches __bpf_prog_ret0_warn and triggers WARN_ON_ONCE. The path requires CONFIG_BPF_JIT_ALWAYS_ON to be unset, bpf_jit_enable to equal 1, and a failed JIT attempt; interruption depends on warning-handling policy.
