Kernel crash via unchecked NULL mapping return

NULL pointer dereference in the qcom-qmp-usb PHY driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel after a mapping failure. For non-exclusive mappings, qmp_usb_iomap() returns devm_ioremap()'s raw NULL result, while its caller rejects only IS_ERR() pointers. Triggering requires local low-privileged access and a failed Qualcomm QMP USB PHY mapping; the resulting invalid dereference interrupts kernel availability.
