Service interruption via commit-overrun warning

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel 6.10 and later branches allows local users to trigger a warning through memory-mapped tracing. The ring_buffer_map_get_reader function treats missed events on a swapped commit-buffer page as impossible and invokes WARN_ON_ONCE when an interrupt-driven commit overrun legitimately creates that state. Access to the tracefs ring buffer and enough nested tracing activity are required; impact is a logged warning unless panic_on_warn converts it into a kernel panic.
