Kernel crash via unset JSM device pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux JSM serial driver from 6.5 allows local users to crash the kernel during PCI device probing. jsm_uart_port_init leaves uart_port.dev unset before serial_core_register_port passes the port to serial_base_ctrl_add, which dereferences the missing device pointer. Triggering requires local access and a supported Digi Neo PCIe serial card; the documented consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption.
