Host hang via cyclic NVMe/TCP request list

Denial of service in the Linux NVMe/TCP host driver allows remote attackers controlling a storage target to hang the host with a malicious R2T PDU. nvme_tcp_handle_r2t() accepts a duplicate request already linked on a send list, allowing two R2T PDUs for one command to create a cyclic request list. The host must be connected to a malicious or compromised NVMe-over-TCP target; duplicate queueing can wedge storage processing and expose kernel pages.
