Privilege escalation or panic via stale SR_SUM state

Context-state corruption in Linux 4.15 through 6.15.4 allows local users to gain kernel privileges or crash RISC-V systems. The RISC-V switch_to path fails to save and restore SR_SUM, so a task can resume with access to user memory unexpectedly enabled or disabled. Unprivileged code can drive uaccess-heavy system calls and context switches; stale enabled state permits kernel memory corruption, while cleared state causes an oops or panic.
