Local kernel crash via ATM CLIP null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash an affected system through the ATM CLIP subsystem. When vcc_destroy_socket() calls clip_push() with a NULL skb while clip_devs is also NULL, clip_push() reads skb->truesize and dereferences the null pointer. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an affected ATM CLIP configuration; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
