Local kernel crash via premature DRM logging

NULL pointer dereference in Linux's MediaTek DisplayPort driver allows local users to crash the kernel during HPD handling. mtk_dp_wait_hpd_asserted and mtk_dp_parse_capabilities call DRM logging with drm_dev before mtk_dp_bridge_attach assigns that pointer. Reachability requires a MediaTek DP or eDP panel probe to enter the HPD error path; the reported consequence is a kernel crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
