Local privilege escalation via stale AF_UNIX OOB pointer

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel AF_UNIX stream-socket code allows local users to disclose or corrupt kernel memory. The SO_PEEK_OFF loop treats a zero-length consumed OOB skb as progress, advances to a live OOB skb, and frees it while a stale oob_skb pointer remains. Any unprivileged local process can trigger the deterministic socket sequence without user interaction; affected Siemens controllers inherit the flaw through their additional GNU/Linux subsystem.
