Kernel crash via NFSD exports registration race

Race condition in Linux NFSD and Siemens MFP firmware V3.1.6 and later allows local users to crash the kernel during subsystem cycling. The exports proc entry becomes visible before per-network NFSD registration finishes and remains visible after teardown starts, so concurrent export refresh and module or nfsd filesystem cycling can dereference invalid state. Administrative control of exports, mounts, and kernel modules is required; successful triggering produces a kernel OOPS and service interruption.
