Kernel-memory disclosure via out-of-bounds echo indexing

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kvaser_pciefd CAN driver allows local users to expose kernel memory or trigger a kernel fault. The driver allocates 17 echo_skb entries but rounds echo_skb_max to 32, so transmit and acknowledgment sequence indices can exceed the array in kvaser_pciefd_handle_ack_packet(). Reachability requires access to an affected Kvaser PCIe FD CAN interface; the published impact is limited to confidentiality and availability.
