Local kernel interruption via zero dummy pitch

Divide by zero in the AMD display driver in Linux 6.7 through 6.15.3 allows local users to interrupt kernel operation. populate_dummy_dml_surface_cfg() leaves the dummy surface pitch at zero, and CalculateVMAndRowBytes() later uses that value as a divisor. Reachability requires a local low-privilege user and the affected AMD display path; the reported consequence is limited to kernel availability.
