Service interruption via i40e interrupt-count underflow

Integer underflow in the Linux kernel i40e driver allows local users to interrupt service through device-supplied input. In i40e_clear_hw, unsigned interrupt-count and loop variables wrap below zero, causing the resulting index to direct an MMIO write to an invalid page. A low-privileged local user and an i40e device capable of returning the specific input are required; the published impact is availability only.
