Kernel panic via unchecked NULL PMD dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel LoongArch huge-page handling allows local users to cause a kernel panic through madvise. huge_pte_offset() dereferences a PMD returned during huge-page fault-in processing without first handling the valid NULL result. A local low-privileged account on a LoongArch system using the affected huge-page path is required, and the bounded consequence is a host crash.
