Local kernel crash via TIPC bearer type confusion

Type confusion in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the kernel through a crafted TIPC netlink request. The tipc_udp_nl_dump_remoteip function treats an Ethernet bearer's struct net_device as a struct udp_bearer, walks an invalid list, and copies 20 bytes into its reply. A local unprivileged account can reach the handler without user interaction when a TIPC Ethernet bearer is enabled on a non-loopback interface.
