Local system crash via unchecked NTFS index entry

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel NTFS3 driver allows local users to crash affected Linux and Siemens systems via malformed NTFS indexes. In indx_get_entry_to_replace(), fs/ntfs3/index.c fails to reject NULL entries returned by hdr_first_de() before later dereference or copy sizing. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and NTFS3 processing of a malformed index; the documented consequence is loss of availability.
