Kernel-memory disclosure via unchecked USB short reads

Uninitialized-memory use in Linux kernel 5.0 through 6.15.3 allows local users to read kernel memory or interrupt service via USB. The aqc111_read_cmd() helper accepts a successful short usbnet_read_cmd() result, leaving part of the permanent-MAC buffer uninitialized before aqc111_bind() validates and copies it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an AQC111 USB network adapter that returns fewer bytes than requested.
