Kernel crash via malformed Bluetooth MGMT length

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.13 through 6.15.2 allows local users to crash the system through a malformed Bluetooth MGMT command. The mgmt_hci_cmd_sync() path trusts params_len without confirming that the fixed header and trailing parameter bytes fit the received buffer, so skb_put_data() reads beyond it. Reaching the path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the initial user namespace, and successful exploitation interrupts service by crashing the kernel.
