Kernel crash via zero PTP rate division

Divide-by-zero in the stmmac EST configuration code in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel. The EST path in drivers/net/ethernet/stmicro/stmmac/stmmac_est.c uses a recorded ptp_rate of zero as a divisor instead of rejecting it. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and EST configuration on an stmmac device; the reported impact is a kernel crash without data disclosure or modification.
