GPU service interruption via sleepable RLCG lock

Race condition in the Linux kernel amdgpu driver allows local users to interrupt GPU service in SR-IOV environments. The amdgpu_virt_rlcg_reg_rw function takes a sleepable mutex while gmc_v11_0_flush_gpu_tlb already holds a spinlock, producing an invalid wait context. Local access and an AMD GPU SR-IOV virtual-function configuration are required; concurrent RLCG register operations can stall GPU work and interrupt service.
