Hardware shutdown via missing GPU thermal throttling

Thermal-management failure in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a hardware shutdown through sustained GPU load. The x1e80100 device tree omits a GPU cooling device and thermal-zone cooling map, so the GPU does not throttle at 95°C. Only arm64 systems using Qualcomm's X1E80100 platform are exposed; sustained high GPU load can reach the 120°C shutdown threshold and endanger hardware.
