Kernel crash via restarted NOPIN response timer

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux iSCSI target allows local users to crash affected hosts through a NOPIN timer race. The NOPIN timer can restart the response timer while a connection is being deleted, causing timeout handling to read a null I_T Nexus pointer. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to a host running the iSCSI target and timing connection deletion against NOPIN expiry; the bounded impact is a kernel crash.
