Kernel crash via zero CXL LSA size

Division by zero in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel when a faulty CXL memory device reports a zero LSA size. In nd_label_data_init(), the reported size makes max_xfer zero, and DIV_ROUND_UP uses that value as its divisor. Reachability requires libnvdimm initialization of the faulty device; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the host.
