Kernel crash via stale BAR allocation pointer

Double free in the Linux kernel PCI endpoint test function allows local users to crash the kernel during endpoint reinitialization. When pci_epc_set_bar() fails, pci_epf_free_space() frees a BAR allocation without clearing epf_test->reg[bar], so a later allocation attempt frees it again. Triggering the oops requires PCI endpoint mode, exhaustion of an inbound window, and a host reboot that deasserts PERST#.
