Process crash via unchecked rseq_cs registration

Improper input validation in Linux kernel rseq registration allows local users to crash the registering process via a crafted rseq area. The kernel accepts a nonzero rseq_cs pointer during registration and later dereferences an invalid struct rseq_cs address when returning to user space. Triggering the fault requires local code to register the crafted area; the result is a segmentation fault in that process, including in affected Siemens MFP firmware.
