Virtual machine hang via post-reset virtio MMIO

Denial of service in Linux kernel virtio shutdown handling through 6.14.8 allows local users to hang virtual machines during kexec. The virtio bus shutdown path resets virtio-pci before breaking its child devices, allowing virtio-console and other devices to continue MMIO and guest-memory access after reset. Triggering requires a guest with an active virtio device and permission to initiate kexec; affected devices can wedge and prevent restart.
