Temporary interrupt suppression via event_triggered race

Race condition in the virtio_ring component of Linux allows local users to temporarily suppress virtio interrupt notifications during event-index use. virtqueue_enable_cb_delayed writes event_triggered as false while virtqueue_disable_cb_split or virtqueue_disable_cb_packed reads the shared hint concurrently without synchronization. Local low-privileged access and event-index operation are required; the documented effect is temporary notification suppression, not data exposure or modification.
