Local system hang via stale FRED MSRs

Improper state restoration in Linux kernel 6.9 through 6.14.8 allows local users to hang x86 systems during S4 resume with FRED enabled. The resume code transfers control to the image kernel while retaining FRED MSR values initialized by the restore kernel instead of recomputing values for the restored kernel image. Reachability requires a locally initiated hibernation cycle on x86 hardware with FRED enabled; the bounded consequence is a host hang.
