Remote denial of service via null callback restoration

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux NVMe/TCP target allows remote attackers to crash or hang the kernel through a TCP connection. During queue teardown after incomplete TLS setup, nvmet-tcp restores sk_state_change from a NULL queue->state_change pointer. The target must expose nvmet-tcp with TLS enabled; the failure occurs before authentication and provides no data read or write capability.
