Local system crash via Rust FineIBT conflict

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 6.11 allows local users to crash the system by invoking Rust formatting with FineIBT enabled. core::fmt::write() indirectly calls core::fmt::rt::Argument::fmt() despite that target having CFI disabled, so FineIBT rejects the sealed indirect branch with a Control Protection exception. When an x86 kernel is built with Rust earlier than 1.88 and FineIBT enabled, a local low-privileged call path can panic the kernel and interrupt the host without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
