Service interruption via loose routing-table cleanup check

Incomplete cleanup in Linux kernel 6.13 allows local users to interrupt service by unsharing a network namespace. When CONFIG_IP_MROUTE_MULTIPLE_TABLES is disabled, ipmr_rules_exit applies a loose eligibility check that lets ipmr_free_table process an ineligible multicast-routing table during namespace teardown. Low-privilege local access and the affected kernel configuration are required; reaching the path raises a kernel warning and disrupts availability.
